With over 20 years of high-level fitness experience—spanning international rugby, the military, and elite personal training—I’ve spent my life learning what it takes to build a strong, resilient body. Over the past two decades, I’ve helped hundreds of everyday men and women completely rewrite their health stories and achieve lasting transformations.
My approach combines a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Deakin University) with decades of real-world coaching. I developed the Ultimate Fitness 1-on-1 System in close consultation with exercise scientists and physiotherapists to ensure every workout is safe, highly efficient, and scientifically proven to get results. As a fully registered practitioner with Fitness Australia, I bring elite-level standards to every single session.
You don’t need to be an athlete to train with me. Most of my clients are regular people who are simply ready to work hard, gain more energy, and step into their full potential. I don't believe in doing haphazard, uninspired resistance exercises set after set. And I don't believe in dying yourself to 'get there'.
